How ParishWorks works
Who this is for
Anyone living in the Inland Empire — San Bernardino and Riverside counties — is welcome to search this directory and hire the people listed here. You do not need to belong to a parish, or to any church at all. Parishes are simply how the listings are organized, and how the workers here show where they are from.
Looking to hire someone
- 1Search or browse by trade, parish or vicariate. No account, ever, for browsing.
- 2Open a listing and send a message through the contact form.
- 3The worker gets a notification and replies. You get a private link to the conversation by email.
- 4Agree on the work directly with the worker. ParishWorks never handles money.
You do this work
- 1Create a free account and post your listing in a few minutes from your phone.
- 2Neighbors contact you through the site. Your email address is never shown.
- 3Reply from your dashboard. Listings stay live for 30 days and renew with one click.
- 4No fees, no commissions, no payments through this site.
Your email stays private
Neither side ever sees the other's email address. Messages are exchanged through this site only.
Safety and common sense
- • Verify contractor licenses at cslb.ca.gov before hiring for licensed work.
- • Meet in person and look at the work site together before agreeing to anything.
- • Get a written estimate that lists materials, labor and a timeline.
- • Never wire money, send gift cards, or pay large deposits up front.
- • Ask for proof of liability insurance for any work on your property.
- • Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, walk away and report the listing.
